Love this place! Has everything
need and more. Prime location & way more space than others looked at. Girls in the office have been great. They're friendly & helpful. Move-in went smooth, paying rent is easy & the office has communicated with me on any questions l've had. Basketball court & weight room have been an added bonus. No one else has this size of gym or this much equipment.
They’re amazing until you actually move in! The office staff doesn’t answer the phone and when you go in they’re sitting right at the desk doing nothing. Maintenance is a joke ! You wait forever to get repairs. My apt had a flood ( their fault). And there’s been little to no communication on repairs or anything else. You have to send numerous emails because they don’t answer phones. My son room was affected by floor he’s been sleeping on the couch for 10 days because his room is inaccessible due to damage. The office could care less. We’ve waited 10 days for some sort of fix and no maintenance has even showed to access the damage since 8 days ago. We’re told they can’t adjust rent although we’ve literally had a one bedroom vs the two bedroom they expect rent on. They’ve stringed us along on moving to a new unit. And of course they are refusing to cover moving costs. They are the absolute worst on communication and empathy. The flood was their fault but they offered no resolution behind waiting over 14 days to relocate us ! And even then we are responsible for movers ! Not to mention they ran a blower for over 3 days in our apt and caused a $400 light bill! Which again they are refusing to pay. The app to open the gate doesn’t work, and most of the gate pads are broke. You can’t get your packages because the office refuses to allow the companies to leave at office for you and the gates don’t work. We’ve only been here a month and it’s been horrible. They do not care about their residents ! Inefficient and inconsiderate !
The Maintenance staff at Firestone West 7th Apartments is truly exceptional. Shannon the Service Manager and his Techs John and Chris are Amazing! Their professionalism and dedication to resident satisfaction create a welcoming atmosphere. From prompt maintenance to friendly interactions, their commitment to ensuring a positive living experience is evident. The team's attentiveness and genuine care set a high standard for apartment management.
From beginning to end of signing the lease everything has been amazing! Mari has been beyond helpful with every step. She asked what I was looking for in a new home and she delivered! Traci and Mari have helped me and my spouse from day one. I’m so excited to be joining the Firestone community. It’s close to everything I love in Fort Worth which is my hometown. Only a few blocks from my favorite place on earth Trinity Park! Plus close to Panther Island and every restaurant I can think of. It’s just up the street from the cultural district and of course 7th street nightlife and yes brunch! I’m beyond happy with choosing Firestone to be my new home!
The staff here always takes care of my needs in a timely manner. Have lived here for about a month now and could not be happier with my apartment complex, the events they host, the amenities they have, and the maintenance team. Every maintenance request I submitted was fixed the next day. Great place to be!
The apartments look great, but if the lady in the front office is any indication of how they provide customer service, not very impressive. I have been trying to contact this place for a few days to schedule a tour., never does anyone answer, so I left a message today. No return call, so late in the day I decide to drive over to have a look and see what they can do. Over an hour with the traffic on I-20. I arrive, I see two ladies sitting there staring at their computers and chatting. The lady makes excuses for not returning my call. Then tells me that she has a 4:30pm appointment and that I cannot get in. Okay, here is my issue, there are two, they new I had called a few times and left a message earlier in the day, had they returned the message, this could have been avoided. I stayed to continue to watch to see about her 4:30pm. Never saw anyone come in for that appointment. My impression was that this lady just did not want to be bothered. It was a pretty disappointing interaction, there was no real concern for any inconvenience caused to me, or no real concern with no effort to return my voice message. The interaction was less than impressive and just seems to be an indication of her customer service and work ethic. My opinion would be, an apology should have been offered for not answering the phone or returning the message. Now there very well could have been a legitimate reason, but an apology is the appropriate course of action here to acknowledge that this was not the experience that you would want a potential future resident to have as his first impression. Second, again in my opinion, the next appropriate course of action would be to ask questions to get some understanding why someone would show up with no schedule appointment. This would give some understanding and context to the situation, did I walk a cry the street, or did I drive a long way to get here. This information would provide you with an opportunity to offer a solution. Either this lady is incapable to understand customer service, or has not been properly trained. Either way, it is an issue. All I can say is disappointment.
This place is horrible ! Me and my husband moved down from another state and only seen the pictures online . When we came in they showed us the clubhouse area AND THATS IT . When we moved into our apartment we noticed some issues and reported them ….I’ve been waiting for maintenance to come put up blind slabs for 5 months !they brought them to the apartment and left them on the counter . I’ve recently went to the office to let them know about the blinds along with the bug issue( recently seen a lizard in my children’s bathroom ) and my kitchen sink being loose . I was told they would put a ticket in and have someone come fix the issues that’s been 2 weeks now and still no one has came out . These apartments are too expensive to not have good quality and maintenance to them . I’d like to speak to someone higher up because the people in the office doesn’t really care . Oh and if you plan on having anything delivered to your home better hope it makes it there , three packages have went missing and NO CAMERAS can track where they are . Don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it, the pictures are false advertisement and edited to show they are in great condition, but they really aren’t
I’ve recently moved here from outta state back in august. We’ve had problem after problem since moving in. When we first moved in the washer wasn’t hooked up for the water to drain and we didn’t know that so water flooded everywhere. The ice machine didn’t work and then the garbage disposal stopped working. The upstairs unit above us we hardly can sleep because how loud they are it sounds like they’re about to come through the ceiling it’s very poor insulated for the simple fact we shouldn’t hear everything from upstairs. The recent issue that we submitted into the apartment we have had a leak in our bathroom from the ceiling since October 21st to the point we can’t use the bathroom at all. We had to call numerous time before someone actually came by the time they did come the leak got worse to now that it’s a water puddle in the ceiling. They finally came out to repair it but left a big hole in the ceiling… and said they will be back to fix it it’s now going on two weeks still haven’t came back and fix it and the bathroom is not in a usable condition. They left my tub dirty from when they came in they left buckets and paint outside my apartment… still haven’t came to get it and or fix it… so pretty much just been hassle to get this done! With no communication at all! They tell you oh we will be back to fix this day never come back or update on when. It’s very frustrating because these apartments are to expensive! For it to be this way!! This will be my last time renting from them! Very unhappy with this!
